But there are many twist and turns with Desch's emotions. Sly is a witch, she sold her soul, She has a curse called "re-birthing" where is doesn't matter what form she is in at the time it will eventually die and she will forget everyone she ever knew in her previous form. Sly struggled with her mixed sadist and kind feeling towards Desch. It seems she's better off being distant, while Desch want to protect her, even thou his vitrually can't match her strength or powers.
